This is great looking luggage, I purchased a single piece and when it arrived loved it and ordered the full set. It has one major flaw, The Wheels are terrible, with 4 wheels per piece and 4 bags with wheels less than half of the wheels actual spin.
On the 1st trip we soon relized we were not rolling these bags behind us but dragging them thru the airport. I contacted Nautica 3 weeks and still no reply or response.
